This is Pam

Its time I re-introduce myself as I feel compelled to with this amazing shift that has been happening in our life.

Who is Pam~!

I am a mother.

I am a wellness advocate.
I value my oils and use them daily.

I have no time for drama.
I am a mental health advocate.
I have all the time in the world for my loved ones.
Ive learned self care is non-negotiable.
I love working with my family.
I am an empath and sensitive person.
I am a budget ninja.
I am a proud ADHD mom.
I am a strengthened PCOS mom.
I cry and its ok.
I love nature.
I value quality and hard work.
Ive taken control of my health.
Ive learned to be patient with myself and others.
My home is my favourite place.
My husband is my best friend.
I am certified in management and graduated college on the deans list and honor roll.
In 2017 I lost 40lbs and over 40″ naturally by balancing my body & choosing healthy.
I love my pets like my children and talk to them too.
I have goals of being mortgage and financially free and will achieve them.
I embrace my body, my physical and emotional health.
I am sensitive to energy and now embrace this trait.
Ive learned life lessons are the best.
I am a mom to two kids under 18 months apart after beating infertility.
I support my health completely naturally including PCOS, Hypothyroidism, ADHD, Endometriosis and IBS.

Its important to look ahead at where we are going and also appreciate where we’ve grown from… and continue to strengthen!

We’ve paid off thousands in debt.
I barely passed some classes in high school.
At 23 I was diagnosed with infertility.
Ive struggled with depression.
Ive been lied to.
Ive been emotional and verbal abused.
Clutter and disorganization is extremely overwhelming to me.
High school was one of the most challenging times in my life – emotionally & physically.
I took a year off before going to college.
Ive worried what others think of me.
I struggled for years with my weight.
My son was born via emergency c-section.
Ive had multiple surgeries for my health challenges.
Ive been taken advantage of.

I believe everyone has a purpose to follow their passion and that these things that have happened for me were moulding me into the person I was truly meant to be.

When I purchased my oils for the very first time I knew they would have an impact on my life – however I had no idea it would be such a shift emotionally and physically to become a better, stronger me – no matter what anyone else is saying or doing.

When we use negative experiences as stepping stones we can reach higher and become stronger!

What Ive learned is its not what happens TO us that shapes us, its how we embrace and RISE up, above these challenges, negative situations and people.

Ive found my voice and am proud to stand up for what I believe in while still strengthening my own soul to always follow my heart.
