This journey in life can certainly catch my attention at times!
This week we had a slight concern, thankfully it was not serious. However it was one of those things that I found myself saying again… here we go again!
Then I was able to shift, positive thinking, but also empowered. Knowing the details, being informed and trusting the inner knowing.
But then… I felt myself flip flopping. It’s incredible what the mind can do, even the stories it can tell, that simply aren’t true.
Although this happened, I was able to then shift myself back. Here’s the thing, we are always a “work in progress”. Each day is unique and sometimes it is incredible, other times there are some very real doses of reality.
The ebb and flow of life. Riding the waves and simply choosing to live in truth, with what is authentic to me and my soul. 🙏🥰
Are you familiar with A Course In Miracles, it talks about how if you are living in hate, you cannot possibly be living in love in other areas of your life. Essentially, you are tainted. Forgiveness for other people, experiences, the situation you are in or your past, is very powerful. Forgiveness does not give permission to how you felt you were hurt, it frees the attachment. When living authentically, in alignment with truth, trust, honesty, love and compassion, you will experience yourself Rising up! In a beautiful way!
