International Women’s Day follows a very important day in our home, the birth of our daughter!
This past weekend and last night, on her actual birthday, we celebrated our little girl and all that is wonderful about her! This little lady of ours has a great big heart filled with love and a mind filled with dreams and ideas! Building both her and her brother up to emotionally empower them with the strength to know to follow their heart and know the difference between right and wrong. To stand up for what they know is right and have strength to those who may challenge them or do them wrong. To respect others, to know that everyone has a different story and emotions – whatever you may be facing are OK! To invite those into your life who share mutual love and respect, to open your heart and your time to those who do the same for you. To treat others how you want to be treated.
May we all be strong, loving, caring and know that whatever we put our minds to – CAN HAPPEN!
May we all be respectful to one another, build each other up and be true to our own heart and what feels right.
Here’s to STRONG WOMEN!
May We Know Them.
May We Be Them.
May We Raise Them!
As a women myself, a mother, business person, friend, sister, daughter, neice… I want to empower all the ladies in my life no matter their age! To build them up to truly follow their heart, to know that when you follow your heart and what feels right you will be led in the right direction. To know its ok to say NO or to choose what makes YOU happy. To experience emotions and take the time to work through them. To know you have a choice. To be respected by others and to give respect in return. To communicate with understanding and strength. To make time in your lives for those who reciprocate the support, love and strength back. To ultimately know that when we feel like we are breaking and on the edge – its OK to ask for help and to know that its OK to not be OK!
Most important for me… when you are healthy, you are happy! Follow your heart – you truly do KNOW what you need. I am so thankful I did! ❤
I am proud to be leading a team and family of strong women who are empowering themselves within their own bodies, families and the world!
