When we were away we LOVED the buffet and food options... the quality actually far exceeded our expectations from previous travel!
Coming home and back to reality... means meal prep!!! One thing I really did love about our week was knowing our weekly dinner menus (which were incredible) and the daily buffet options! Hello meal planning!
Picked up a variety of fresh veggies - red onion, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, baby tomatoes, cooked them up with some quinoa and added in some feta cheese!!! Yummy! Packed with protein and so good! Today for lunch I also threw in some avacado, half a sausage and some walnuts!๐
Also pulled the chicken out of the freezer for dinner tonight! ๐
