…and to think most of this didn’t exist or wasn’t consistent in my life just 2 years ago! 🙏
The growth has been like never before, but don’t let that blind you, when there are highs there are also lows and sometimes as we feel like we are getting sucked in… the next level appears.
That could be in SO many ways.
2 years ago I joined BeachBody because I knew I needed to gain strength and being online it would instantly fit my lifestyle, what I also loved about it is my family could also use. It was never about weight, it was about feeling good in MY body.
A couple of full programs later, I couldn’t do it anymore. The pain, the discomfort. The frustration mounting. Not knowing why or what was wrong. I tried physical adjustments, Massage and it was challenging to actually feel it let go.
Did you know emotions get trapped IN our body and alot of times when we experience pain and discomfort, this CAN be released by being conscious to it.
I am proud of me for leaning in, pulling back and doing whatever it was that my soul needed. Often we push emotions down, not wanting to think about it or feel it again. That pain only goes deeper.
