WHY did I chose to do individual videos, for one of the biggest reasons, I know I personally get more value out of shorter videos. SO I am leaning into what I know works for me, to then be able to help YOU!
I also know the importance of self taught education, learning about why you are making a shift in your life and what for. See for each of us, our own personal needs are different. Even in our family, some of us have similar sensitivities and allergies, and some not, others drastically different. What works for you, is individual to you. SO although I could teach you all I know about essential oils and what I did to shift my life, what is more important is leaning into YOU. Allowing your soul to begin to communicate with you, whether its baby steps or giant leaps forward. What feels right to you – is right! I am a strong believer that learning the basics and then expanding that within our own home and spaces, is powerful!
