Shifting & cleansing the mood! ✨️
A great way to cleanse your home and shift your energy with burning Sage and with essential oils in the diffuser!
When I Sage our home, I start in one room on one side of our house. I crack open a window in this room, just slightly. Then start the burn. I start in this room, making my way around our home, first upstairs and then down. Going in one direction. I also opened up the patio door. As I circled around to the downstairs, I began in one corner and opened a window slightly there. I followed around in and out of each room. As I entered a room or new space I always turn on the light. My theory is, the dark can never hide in the light! So as we cleanse ✨️ the energy of our home, we release all energy, to allow positive to be received. To feel grateful for the release.
As I circle back around I finish in the same room that I began. Closing this window, but allowing the Sage to continue burning. As I walk out of the patio door onto our deck with the burning Sage that is almost out, I release the ashes to mother Gaia. Appreciation for her part of nature to assist in this cleanse.
As I walk through the space that I am clearing, I intuitively connect with the desired energy, some spaces may take longer than others. During the clearing I am speaking any intentions that may come to mind.
Something that perhaps may work for you, whether they are intentions, affirmations, mantras. What truly works for me is setting intentions. I intend to do X,Y, Z. It helps me lock focus, whether it is consciously or even sub-consciously when everything aligns.
I love the way essential oils not only shift the mood within the space but also, cleanse as well. Many of the oils, if not all, will also provide a form of immune boosting Properties too with each blend, which is very cool!
When you are cleansing, remember the power behind your words and thoughts. Speak kindness, compassion and love to yourself and watch how you begin to transform!
