Cypress!
Organizing my “back up” oils and realized I had 3 of these bottles! My soul instantly knew, that was the oil that I needed in the bathroom to remember to use everyday!
Cypress is the Oil of Motion and Flow. To RELEASE control and TRUST the flow of life!
I needed this oil!!! As I walked into my office/zen den last night, I looked at the oils sitting unorganized on two different shelves, that weren’t even IN my cupboard, before I knew it I had them out and organized.
This beauty oil may have been forgotten for a short time, but not for long!
Also… the word is Catharsis – “the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions.”
If you haven’t started yet… it’s also time to dig deeper within your self. Virgo season wants us to be grounded, and when I think of being and feeling grounded I instantly think of peace, ease, flow… 🙏
