As I embrace this beautiful big full moon I am reminded of perspective, the power of not just vulnerability but also release. How absolutely incredible it feels to light up my own life and stand tall, proud and allow the tears to fall when needed.

As I continue hearing to go within, I trust this healing process that truly is multifaceted.
The emotional uses is one of my fav ways to use these oils and although I remember the oils we use all the time, I truthfully do not remember them all, so it’s fascinating reading of all of their meanings and seeing how beautifully they cohesivly blend.
I have really enjoyed the experience and process of writing out releases and truly releasing them… by burning. I also dumped out my Sage shell into the fire with my release intentions.
