One of the “lessons” I have been learning, over and over again, really hit home with me after our kitty’s health issue.
No one’s opinions matter, simply let it be you.
Follow your heart, allow it to shine however it wants and needs to. It doesn’t need to make sense to anyone else, it only needs to make sense to YOU!
However one thing that has really REALLY been getting my attention is really focusing WHERE my attention goes and to whom. Trusting in my heart and knowing, intuitively the next step, or that simply pausing is exactly what is needed.
Taking two steps back, truthfully I believe everyone should, however I will focus on what is within my control, myself.
How important down time is, allowing our brain and more important our nervous system time to calm, breathe, balance. Staying in the present vs going forward or back. Living in gratitude for the now moment, without expectations on myself.
A little nudge to take a step back, as much as I love educating about oils and creating the content I have been working on. After the past couple years, I need to honor my nervous system, which is still being reset and balanced, folks its not an over night or easy process. Which is completely natural too!
Moving forward, much like my intutive blends, my photography, blog posts, website and any social media feet (Insta & Telegram at the moment) will also be heart felt intuitive posts.
If you are someone who is like me and is self directed, loves to figure things out themselves, but also appreciates connection… you are the missing link on our team. I am truthfully very excited to be shifting, to take any “pressure” off myself and what I expect of me.
Exactly what the world “needs” from us, is sometimes what beautifully comes completely natural.
As much as one of my absolute top goals is to create financial freedom, most specifically pay off our mortgage, life is meant to be enjoyed and not meant to be stressing and working more than is needed on anything “on the side”. I love what I have learned and that I can share, one way that I have learned myself, from others experiences in their life and process.
What is most in alignment with me now is not doing this to be paid – ie setting up a course or writing a book – both of which I know will come to fruition one day. My nudge from god is to simply be me. Pour 100% of me into all that I do and make each moment matter. As I am able to shift even more, I will raise my frequency and with little effort, will attract in my true, heart core desires. They could be the same as they are now, or slightly different.
Honoring myself has never felt better… Mmmmmm and on the eve of the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal too!
