How have you been feeling this past week? The energy has been very shifty and at times dense. The less I focused on the actual physical world of what I had to do, and what I “got to” do, I found myself in the flow. Beautiful flow of life. Incredible productivity with grace and ease. That also fed my soul, deep!

Go Deeper has resurfaced, this is an important message. For each of us individually to take time to be with ourselves, to be quiet. Meditation is great for this, whether in silence or guided. Being in nature, however that looks or is for you. It could be as simple as sitting next to your window listening to birds, or if you have a patio or deck sitting outside listening to the birds, breathing in the fresh air. If you are able, going for a walk in nature. If you go for a walk, put some Terrashield on to help shield you from the various insects. We have some going in a portable diffuser on our deck, smells great and deters!
