For a recovering people pleaser, setting boundaries can feel out of sorts, especially when you have been so used to saying yes and just doing whatever. Many times putting your own personal self care needs aside. This can be extremely real for women and moms. We tend to have a lot on our plate at any given time.
This is where Boundaries are key!
