As 2021 Approaches Do You Have New Year Goals

As December continues on, so many of us are appreciative of our growth over this past year, but also ready to welcome 2021 with open arms!

So much to be grateful for, truly. For us, our custom renovated home is beautifully finishing. Our safe space and haven that has warmed our hearts this year of goals, dreams and plans coming to life exactly how they should!

A couple week’s ago someone reached out to me about my successful weight loss journey. One I am so proud to share. One however that is also similar to 2020. There were many ups and downs, dark to the light and sometimes back again, getting in touch with my true heart and soul and honoring whatever that may be.

There is no “quick fix” for anything in life. Its figuring out how to align with your truth, your best self and living in truth, an honest life.

For me 2021 will be much like our life in 2020, with the habits, lifestyle we have already created and shifted within our home.

Healthcare for us begins here, holistically in our home. I have had my share of health challenges, ones I am grateful for because they have shaped me to who I am today, real life experience of how I have shifted my perception of relying on someone else to “fix me” to knowing deep down what is truly needed and sourcing that. To being at peace for asking for help. Not one of us truly knows it all. Most important educating myself and our family on all of this importance.

In January 2021 it marks 4 years since when I committed to a healthier lifestyle and relationship with food. Honestly one that has been a comfort for as many years as I can remember. One that still can trigger me, but I am working on.

Yesterday I enjoyed downtime to set up my planner and journal for 2021. It’s fun to look back on what I have achieved, even when there admittedly has been highs and lows. The goal isn’t to have any challenges in life, it’s to be at a place where the challenges remind me of what I need to do to stay level and process whatever might be happening.

As much as I love the Christmas holiday season, it can feel quite overwhelming with about 2 weeks of being “on the go” to various places. 2020 has reminded us that we are truly at peace from within first and this is how 2021 must be shaped as we progress into the new year.

With even more growth for us all to grace our presence in 2021 I feel strength in the habits and lifestyle I have created and continue to shift with. Let go of any rigid “control”, if 2020 has shown us anything it’s that we must learn to go with the waves of life. My morning and evening routines will not be the same each day and that’s ok. As long as I honor what my heart and soul needs and do that daily, I am on the right path!

I am truly grateful for my dailygreatness journal, it’s a daily piece of me! If you haven’t chosen a planner for 2021 yet, check this out and enjoy the 10% off code too!!! This planner helps me shape my day as myself, wife, mother and business working woman! Its truly remarkable how getting things out on paper with a pen (or pens, Merry Christmas to me 🤗) can feel and assist in the alignment of life. I am also feeling a tug on my inner child heart strings. Incredible healing for all, if you choose to step IN!

Reflecting on the past year and all that it’s meant, shaping the new year and what it will bring to my life. As my journal says… “The Best Is Yet To Come” 🙏💕

Over the next few days I will allow myself to go deeper, to meditate, get my thoughts out on paper, acknowledge true gratitude for life where I am now and design energetically my 2021.

As we approach 2021, knowledge is power. 2020 truly showed us that, hindsight IS 2020. Many eyes were opened. Individuals choosing empowered health, to step into the light and claim ownership of their health and wellbeing, mentally and physically. I understand the road still has some bumps and turns we will experience, however true peace and love will envelope us all in 2021 and I for one am ready!!! 💫
