Life is always a work in progress. At least that’s my belief. No ones life is absolutely perfect, but it’s perfectly ours, continually learning everyday!
I’ve found deep inspiration this fall and winter from Cate Stillman with her book Body Thrive and the one I am just getting into Master of You! I have also started Cate’s course “Change Your Life Training” through her Yoga Healer site. I dove into this training Sunday and its already so good! Im excited to continue with this while adapting Master of You into my life as well! Check out this training, she is offering an awesome discount that makes it affordable for anyone!
These habits in Body Thrive have helped open up my consciousness even more into what a holistic shift means to me and what I want to model for my children.

Which of these habits are you missing from your lifestyle?
Is my life perfectly aligned with this, not everyday, however I am being consciously aware and pulling myself back to the basics even more now.
One of the true soul benefits of 2020. With limited places to go and people to see, we are forced to get comfortable with our true selves. An amazing opportunity to educate and empower within our own homes!
When we know better we can do better. I tell my kids all the time, I’m still learning and always will! Our lifestyle shifts, sometimes significantly, other times subtle.
Holistic for me means…
A lifestyle as a whole, with growth, ups and downs, to experience our feelings and embrace the journey within our health, body, heart and soul in alignment with our true self and nature.
“Your Life As Art” is what each of us deems priceless within our own life. For me, the more in tune I am with my physical and emotional body, the more I truly thrive, in so many ways.

Our holistic lifestyle shift began back in 2014 and continues everyday with us now. What feels light, is right. I am loving this mantra. I know that heavy feeling in my body when Im faced with a decision, when it feels heavy, there is a reason my inner self is hesitating, because when it feels light, its right.
One thing our holistic shift has taught me is that nature knows best and when aligned with nature and our body’s natural rhythms our mental and physical health thrives in a beautiful way ❤
