Are you living a life of Integrity?
Personally I believe there is an art of integrity, its more than just showing you are a good person – its BEING a good person. Actions speak louder than words.
Integrity is defined as:
1. adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
2. the state of being whole, entire, or undiminished: to preserve the integrity of the empire.
This past week I experienced the complete opposite of Integrity. Sometimes in life we let what’s outside, get in and it wreaks havoc. I am a very honest person who holds her values and integrity close to my heart. I was reminded, ‘what you put out to the world, comes back’. A very important reminder of just how important it is to live an honest and integral life. Unfortunately this got the better of me and I was experiencing a horrible headache. To support myself through this I of course went to my oils!

We’ve always teach our children to trust “professionals” – teachers, doctors, nurses, police officers, fire fighters – all those with roles within our community whom you should be able to trust – that is their job. However on the flip side, when these people are not true to living an honest and integral life how can we as parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles advise this next generation that yes you can trust them when they aren’t trustworthy themselves.
