We’ve spent a relaxing evening after another fulfilling week.
Our boy had an awesome opportunity to experience outdoor ed with his class for 3 days/2 nights! He had a blast! I’m so full of happiness knowing how excited he was to go and how much fun he had.
After 3 days away though, out of routine and most of all not applying oils… it’s time to get back on track!
This evening I asked him to select a diffuser blend for us. This is what he selected.
Incredible the oils he intuitively selected…
Myrrh is the Oil of Mother Earth. It is powerful at nurturing the soul and supportive to the mother child bond. Myrrh has positive properties of feeling safe in the world, healthy attachments, trusting the goodness of life, bonded, maternal connection, nurtured and loved.
Ylang Ylang is the Oil of the Inner Child. ‘Ylang Ylang is a powerful remedy for the heart.’ This oil is beautiful at connecting an individual to their inner child and supportive to emotional healing. Ylang Ylang has positive properties of freedom, playful, intuitive, heart healing, emotionally filled, joyful and accepting.
Grapefruit is the Oil of Honoring the Body. ‘Grapefruit teaches true respect and appreciation for one’s physical body.’ This oil encourages a positive relationship with an individual’s body. Grapefruit has positive properties of respect for the body, meeting physical needs, body acceptance, nourished and healthy relationships with food.
This blend smells absolutely amazing in the diffuser! I highly recommend it for the gorgeous scent and the Emotional therapeutic support!
I also applied a drop of Zendocrine with unscented lotion to each of his feet and thoroughly massaged in. Zendocrine is supportive to the body’s natural detoxification process.
