Cough & Cold… Naturally!

Thursday morning I woke up feeling like I hit a brick wall! 😫

Exhausted, sore throat and stuffed up!

Of course I reached for some of my fav’s for supporting my body through a cough and cold!

I used these with my unscented lotion and applied on my chest, neck and behind my ears thoroughly massaging in – my glands were so sore!

In the diffuser I had Melaleuca, Cardamom, Frankincense and Eucalyptus. I also applied Melaleuca and lotion under and around my nose to help soothe my skin and work more magic!

I was also using my Oregano Touch as an extra boost on my spine and back of neck as well as On Guard Touch on my spine and front of my neck. My On Guard lozenges came in super handy too along with my On Guard + Protective Blend to boost my immune system!

I slept great but woke yesterday like the plug had been pulled on my energy. It was a struggle to get up and get going. Reached for these oils again on my chest and on my neck as well as Cardamom, Breathe and On Guard in the diffuser during the day. Last night a beauty diffuser blend of On Guard, Petitgrain, Melaleuca and Frankincense I woke this morning naturally, feeling ready to take on the world and inspired! Although I am not 100%… I’m pretty much at 90%!

Super grateful for these oils to naturally support my body! Tackled my to do list today, listened to 2 inspiring webinars, bowling with the kids and down time with the family. Great reminder of why sleep and proper nutrition is crazy important to this body and mind of mine too! Late night’s, out of routine and forgetting to take my LLV it’s good to feel back on track again!

Curious about how to naturally support your body with no side effects, only side benefits? Let’s chat 😆!
