As I sit here and reflect on the past year I am reminded of just how precious life is and time with loved ones. The growth and love we are ultimately capable of with compassion and caring hearts.
The year was a mixture of both good and bad. Truthfully much like every year. However with each passing day, week, month and year I truly feel we as human beings and the people we are set out to be, are strengthened. Remember these challenges only make us stronger individually and together.
Never take a day for granted, reach out to those you love, those you miss and those who you see everyday to say how much you care and how important these people are IN your life. Never wait until it is too late – live in the now and embrace all the love and opportunities around you! Everyday truly is a gift…
I am so very thankful for my children, my husband, our pets, our family, our friends, our work family, our doTERRA family, for our home, our community and for the opportunity to grow each and everyday.
Personally my own health has greatly improved, so much in fact that I honestly never knew I could feel this good! Ive grown and strengthened – mentally and physically. I took risks and followed my heart. Most of all I believed in myself and I am so proud to be the example I am to my children as a woman and as a mom.
I feel incredibly blessed for each of my children and watching them develop and grow. This year truly we watched them both excel in their own ways academically, emotionally, creatively, spiritually and physically, all true to their own personalities. Most importantly they are healthy!
I love the new year, its a brand new chapter in this book of life. The first page completely blank to make it truly spectacular. To truly begin to map out this next phase of life and be open to the universe’s blessings. To be kind to one another and heart felt in our desires to make this world a better place. I am thankful for the challenges, for they truly have provided the opportunity to become stronger.
So on this New Years Eve I open my heart to you and to the world of possibilities. Thank you for being a part of my life and for those of you whose path’s we haven’t crossed yet… I cannot wait to meet you!

I am excited that this new years we chose a quiet intimate celebration with me, my husband and our two children. Looking forward to a relaxing evening of good food, games and most of all filled with LOVE!
