CELEBRATE YOURSELF!
Posting this on my blog is so much easier... it's not as front and center feeling as social media...however there comes a time of being comfortable with being uncomfortable and the truth of the matter is... We ALL need to celebrate and love ourselves. Do you know the incredible impact that would have on the world?
Yes some of us have been through shit in our life, yup me too 🙋♀️. For years I allowed that to be my story, I didn't feel worthy or capable, and even wondered if true happiness could even really be a thing.
Deal with your own shit!
Seriously! If you've got weight to loose, your health is crap, mental health challenges, feel angry all the time... deal with your internal crap and truly begin to heal from the inside out.
It's been a while since I've done my measurements. Since after I ordered my dress for my sisters wedding and admittedly stressed for weeks that the dress wouldn't fit... which it did quite well lol!
Heal the internal crap and your external life will also improve. Sometimes in very big ways.
The other night I celebrated with good food, music, dancing and some drinks... all in our kitchen! I am SO proud of myself. Not just from loosing weight, yeah that's cool, but for boosting me up internally, my health improving, simply wanting to live a happy and healthy life.
