This isn’t the first time I have read cardio isn’t good for people who have a thyroid disease, another reason why I love going to VMAX for the vibration platform and do strength training as well.
With today being the first day of Fall I was looking forward to be home and get back to our fall cleaning… This gloomy, energy sucking weather has made other plans for me… Catching up on sleep, also something both of these diseases affect.
